Happy Birthday 'Merica!!! It's the Fourth of July and we are celebrating with more ponies at the track! We're off to Louisville, KY this morning to watch the race's at Churchill Downs. It is closing day of the spring meet that saw the Kentucky Derby run, which produced the largest upset in over 100 years of the event, and great competition since early May! It is all salute to service day where Churchill will honor all the men and women who serve to allow us to even to watch the ponies run in the greatest country on earth. Here at Turtle Sports, we support our troops every and we say thank you to them whenever possible.
Today's card does have three stakes which means some competitive fields right in the middle of the card!!!

Running conditions are looking great with a fast track and temperatures in the upper 80's to low 90's. There are no showers in sight so it should be a fun day to close it out. First post is at 9:45 AM Pacific.
