Happy Saturday & National Camera Day!
That's right we are back in the saddle once again to play the ponies and snap some photos while doing it! We are headed to Louisville, KY to play the ponies from Churchill Downs. The Breeders' Cup Challenge Series rolls on today as the 11th race is our featured race the $1M Stephen Foster Stakes. This is a Grade 1, 9-furlong route over the dirt, and the winner is automatically entered in the Longines Classic at this year's Breeders' Cup. There will be plenty of familiar horses in this race but it is not the only race of the day! We have 12 total races, 6 stakes races, three graded stakes, and lottsa runners. We hope you can beat the heat today and enjoy National Camera Day as we look to help you get #InTheMoney
Today's weather today will be muggy as the humidity will be with us all day. We will see highs in the lower 90s with partly cloudy skies. There is some rain possible and the thunderstorms will roll in later in the card. The track should be fast and the turf firm as we did not see rain the past few days. Don't hold us to that and make sure you double-check the tickets for scratches before walking away from the window.
