Happy Opening Day race fans!!! We here at Turtle Sports have waited nearly three years for this day to happen! We started this whole thing because of the pandemic and now that we are finally getting back to normal the California State Fair has returned which means the thoroughbreds are back at Cal Expo!!!
For our second stop of the day, we're headed to our backyard to watch the ponies at the State Fair in Sacramento. Today's card includes 7 races and while there are no stakes races the card is full of great action ahead. One unique thing about this track is all races are on dirt but that doesn't mean we are devoid of talented runners. Temps will be in the upper 90s so find some shade, relax, and cash some tickets!
