Happy Saturday! Can you believe August is nearly halfway over!? Well, that might be true but what else is true is it's another great day to play the ponies from Del Mar racecourse in beautiful San Diego. If we could all be so lucky to have the ocean on our back with a slight breeze while watching the ponies every day. Since we can't, let's go out and cash some tickets to try and make us feel that much closer to that dream.
Running conditions are looking great with firm turf, a fast track, and temperatures in the low 70's with mostly sunny skies. I mean did you expect anything else from San Diego? If you need to escape the heat, Giddy up and head to Del Mar.
