What a weekend every horse player had last week! The Breeders' Cup is a tough meet to cap and it produced some huge winning tickets. We did not have our best showing but after reviewing we feel good about the few winners we did have. We had a mid week card all set to put out but the start of the meet was pushed back so we thought let's head back to our bread and butter with a California track to get the weekend started early! That's right we are headed back to sunny San Diego and playing the ponies from Del Mar Thoroughbred club. We have no stakes races today but that does not mean we aren't ready to cash some tickets with you! A smaller eight race card to get you warmed up for the bigger cards ahead this weekend as we will be spending the whole weekend cappin' ponies at Del Mar! As soon as the derby/oaks prep races get going again at the end of the month we will be sure to be on the trail and ready to help you find some more winners!
The weather today is typical of the area as we will see highs in the low 70s with sunny skies. The track will be fast and the turf will be firm as the horses, jockeys, and trainers ease into the weekend.
