The second half of the year starts now and I can see some big wins the rest of the year! To kick off July we are headed to Henderson, KY to watch the ponies from Ellis Park and their HUGE card. With 6 stakes races, we figured there would be some nice sized tickets to cash. The featured race comes in the 10th where one horse will win entry into the Breeders' Cup in November. Let's take a look at all the action today before we get going:

The weather is going to be very hot with potential thunderstorms and even the possibility of rain. We will see highs in the low 90s but feeling more like the low 100s and we may see some late scratches if the weather shifts too dramatically. The track will take the safety of the riders and horses into account if it gets too bad but we are hoping the weather moves off and doesn't affect the card today.
