Happy Friday and welcome to the end of the first half of the year!!! We cannot believe it's the downhill slide already but we are going to go into July with a great day of racing. The Churchill Downs Spring meet took a detour recently so today we send our Lundin Line to Ellis Park in Henderson, Kentucky. We have ten races to wet your whistle along the Ohio River and we are excited to cash some tickets.
The weather is going to be very hot so they moved the start of the day up a bit. We are looking at a heat advisory with temps in the low 90s but feeling more like the low 100s. Make sure to sneak in some water between adult beverages today and find some AC. Might be a good day to pay that extra money for the turf club if available.
