According to Tripadvisor.com, Jacques-Imo's Cafe is the place for the best Bouillabaisse in New Orleans. While we don't have an opinion on that, we can tell you that the place for the best thoroughbred racing in the "Big Easy" is Fair Grounds Race Course, the nation's third oldest (1872) race track. And that is where we find ourselves today for their 11-race card.
