Running conditions will be great with a fast track, good turf and temperatures in the upper 70's with mostly cloudy skies (and a slight chance of rain throughout the day). Add in a Bloody Mary and we've got ourselves a Wednesday morning!

This 5 year old gelding enters today’s 5 furlong $62.5K Allowance Optional Claiming (turf) riding (off) a high. The Virginian earned his highest Equibase figure of 108 in a race on December 3rd with today’s same race conditions. He finished 2nd (by a head) in that race, which had Unprecedented (4th) go on to win his next race, while two of Virginian's other gate mates that he beat went on to finish 2nd in their next races. Prior to that start, he won a $25K Allowance Optional Claiming on Gulfstream’s Tapeta track. All of that with consistent Equibase speed figures in the 90s and a bullet work on February 22nd lead us to believe this son of Prosbectie will be taking some money.
