It's been one week, does anyone else here the Barenaked Ladies one-hit wonder, since you heard from us on the ponies but that does not mean we have not been putting in work for the bigger cards each week. Today we head to Shelbyville, use your best Homer Simpson voice when saying it, to play the ponies from Horseshoe, Indianapolis. We have 12 total races, seven stakes races, and lottsa runners. The featured race comes in the final race and is arguably the biggest race of the year from Horseshoe Inday. The $300K Indiana Derby is a Grade 3 Route over the dirt. We have some derby trail participants who have entered this race so we believe this one will be interesting and each of our cappers has weighed in to help you figure out how to best play this race. This is stop one for us today, so make sure you are locked in to play another card this afternoon!
Today's weather is going to be great! We will have highs in the low 80s with mostly sunny skies. The dirt is fast and the turf is yielding so we will have good conditions all day for a solid card of horses!
