It's been nine long months since we visited sunny SoCal and the Racecourse at Los Alamitos Thoroughbred. Many of you will be off to watch some football under the lights this Friday but Los Al will be done by the time you have to leave so why not cash some tickets and take your winnings to the snack bar!? Today we are graced with 7 races which is just enough to wet your appetite and get you ready for the weekend where we will see some huge races that lead to the Breeders' Cup in November. Today's weather is looking like the clouds will clear up and we will see sunny skies. The good news is we are getting to the cooler portion of the year so we will only see highs in the low to mid-80s. That's a far cry from a few months ago when you could see the horses sweating even before leaving the gate. All races are on dirt and we anticipate a fast track with the great weather we see today!!!
