The baseball gods giveth, and the baseball gods taketh away! I was doing so well, I thought I found some value last week, and bam reality of the season came back to smack me in the face with a 0-3 day negating any profit I had brought you if you followed them all. The thing with this business, you have to get back on the horse even when you don't want to. After a rough football weekend, I was down but I am not out as I believe in the process we have built here at Turtle Sports and I will not give up!!! Best of luck if you follow or fade!!!

Record: 20-20-2 for +0.1 units

Chicago Cubs

F5 ML (-110)

What a poopy game this one will surely be. I am banking on Mills being the home pitcher and overall just a better pitcher. Neither of these teams are playing for anything this season but I am sure there are players with incentives that need to keep hitting. Mitch Keller is terrible on the road and I just can't back the Pirates here.

St Louis Cardinals

F5 ML (-102)

It's a day we love here at Turtle Sports. Adam Wainwright is on the mound and he has been amazing this season overall. The Cardinals are still fighting to secure a playoff spot and have won 16 straight to get them very close. This team is rolling and we are not going to bow out now that it's coming down to the end of the year. The other reason I like this play is the Brewers are playing for nothing to round out the season. They will be hosting the winner of the NL East regardless of what happens the rest of the way. Woodruff has not been great the second half of the season but he is still a pitcher to lookout for. I thought about playing the under here but felt the Brewers may rest for the playoffs and not push their starters too deep into games.

Los Angeles Dodgers

F5 -1/2 (-125)

The Padres were supposed to be the darlings of the MLB season. They have bats, pitchers, and swag. None of that matters now as they have been eliminated from the playoff race after an abysmal second half of the season. However, the Dodgers are looking to find a way to the top of the NL West so they will be firing on all cylinders. Speaking of firing on all cylinders, Walker Buehler is possibly battling his teammate to win the NL Cy Young award, so we should see him at his best. Yu Darvish has not been great on the road so I see the Dodgers bats doing their job.
