Bucket Line
*Miami Heat +5.5
*Rockets / Lakers Under 226
Miami Heat +5.5
3:30 PM Pacific
Game 2 came down to two free throws with no time left and Jimmy Butler delivered again. The Bucks will come out firing in game 3 as it could mean the end of their season quicker than expected if they go down 3-0. *The Heat are 6-0 ATS in the playoffs this year while the Bucks are 3-3-1. The Bucks have not been the same team since the restart. One big reason we found for this was the adjustments coach Mike Budenholzer has made to his rotation. Oh that’s right, he hasn’t made any. The Bucks have two All-Stars on their team in Giannis and Middleton, but they seem to be sitting on the bench the same amount as in the regular season. Middleton averaged 29 minutes per game in the regular season, 33 minutes in the playoffs, and is only playing that much this series as well. Giannis averaged 30.4 mpg in the regular season, 31.5 in the playoffs, and 32.3 mpg in this series. The Heat bench outscored the Bucks bench 36 to 26 in game 2 and unless the two big names play more we do not see them winning ATS. We will are looking for the Heat to cover again and will be playing them +5.5 in game 3. Miami Heat +5.5.
Houston Rockets / Los Angeles Lakers Under 226
6:00 PM Pacific
The Rockets needed every single second of game 7 against the Thunder to move on and face the Lakers in round two. *The Rockets after a win are 53.2% to the under and were 3-4 to the over in their series with the Thunder. The Lakers have not played since Saturday when they eliminated the Blazers. *The Lakers with 4 or more days rest are 4-2 to the under this year and hit the under 45.5% after a win. *These two teams are a combine 11-17 to the under since the NBA restart. Rest vs tired legs will lead to a slower-paced game at certain points in the game. We see the under being the play here and will be on that side of 226. Rockets / Lakers Under 226.
Friday Night Pizza Play
Houston Rockets +3 1st Half
The Rockets are coming off a hard-fought victory and will tire down the stretch with the tough Laker defense. The Lakers have not played in a week and will need time to get into the rhythm of game-play again.
