Let's check out today's Best Horse Value (BVH). What's our BVH, you ask? A Best Value Horse is probably not going off as the betting favorite and is unlikely to to go off with the longest odds. Simply put - our Best Value Horse is a runner our very own @TSDaveW likes with morning line odds that we'd classify as fair to middling. This will be a horse that should be competitive, and if it hits, you'll be glad you played it! Odds, of course, change throughout the day, however we're lookin' at the Morning Line odds when making these picks.

Ruperto Perez's 5 year old mare will be going for her 4th win in a row when she stretches out for today's 8th race. All three last wins were at Parx, however her last race at this distance did not go well and was plagued with trouble. Her last "by a nose" win earned her an Equibase speed of 78. Her sustained running style will put her in a nice position should the projected early pace hold true. Squan's Kingdom (#3) will probably go off as the favorite but Malibu Anthem looks to be getting stronger and Squan's Kingdom hasn't raced since a disappointing 7th place in the Emerald Distaff H. back in August. Starting the day with a Morning Line of 10/1, Malibu Anthem is today's Best Value Horse at Parx Racing.
