🏇Happy Saturday and Global Wind Day!
If you have ever been to Pleasanton you have driven by their wind farm so we thought today was a great day to highlight that, plus we need something to talk about. That's right we are back at the Alameda County Fair to play the ponies. We have another short card but that does not mean you can't win some money. We have 7 races today with the first stakes of the California Fair Circuit. This comes in the sixth race the $75K Mary Clare Schmitt Pleasanton Oaks and is a 6-furlong sprint on the dirt. The race only has five runners but we have our eyes on trainer Jamey Thomas' Chancery Way in this race. It's going to be a nice day at the track as the final stretch of spring is upon us as we will see highs in the lower 80s with mostly sunny skies. The track is fast and we are excited for another great day of Bay Area Racing!!!
