We're closing out February by heading to Southern California & playin' the ponies at Santa Anita Park. The nine race card features Race 8, the 100K Tiznow Stakes. Tiznow is named for the Hall of Fame American Thoroughbred, the only horse to win the Breeders' Cup Classic twice (2000 & 2001). I feel a personal connection to Tiznow as he was also reluctant to work in the mornings.
