We told you we would keep the day going and play the ponies from Santa Anita Racecourse in Arcadia, CA. That's right a nice close to home track for us to enjoy before dinner. Today's card has 10 races, three stakes, and lotta runners! We are excited for tomorrow's big game but that won't stop us from staying true to our roots today and always! That's right we will still have some ponies to look forward to tomorrow before the Super Game. With three stakes races today, all of which are grade 3, we don't want to highlight a particular race but we do know there will be lotta chances to cash some tickets. These bigger races tend to draw the attention of more people.
The weather for today's card is shaping up to be beautiful and typical of So Cal this time of year. We have highs in the mid 60s so no jacket will be needed, or as two of our founders suggest always, shorts, flip flops, and a hoodie. This also means the track is fast and the turn is firm. We will get mostly sunny skies so it should be a nice day out to cash some tickets!!!
