It's Saturday which means we have some ponies to handicap across the country and that means we kick it off early by heading to the Spa! That's right we start this huge day in racing on the East Coast at Saratoga racecourse. Today's card includes 12 races, 5 of which are stakes, featuring two, yes two, $1,000,000 Grade 1 Stakes! The biggest race of the day is the win and you're in Breeder's Cup Series Whitney Stakes. This impressive card has an even more impressive field of runners! With so many stakes we hope you're hungry to cash some tickets with us. The weather might not cooperate today as there is thunderstorms predicted which could lead to some rain. As of the writing of this post, the track is fast and the turf is firm so we are in good shape. We hope the rain holds off as there are some great turf races towards the end of the card. The humidity will be high with temps in the lower-90s so bring a second shirt to swap into as we close out the huge day!!!
