Happy Saturday! We've got a great day of racing ahead of us with three cards! We're starting our day off with our World-Famous Two-Fer posts for today's cards at Saratoga Race Course and Woodbine Racetrack. That's right. Two tracks; one post. What could be better? Before we get down to the actual picks, let's take a quick peak at each card.
Today's card at Saratoga includes 11 races and includes 3 stakes, featuring Race 10, the $600K Alabama Stakes (G1). Running conditions look decent to start the day: the turf is yielding, the track is good and temperatures will be in the low 80's. There is a chance of thunderstorms, but we're hoping that the weather cooperates for smooth sailing (running). Our appointment at the Spa is for 10:05 AM Pacific, so don't be late!
Starting just five minutes later are the races at Woodbine Racetrack. The card includes 11 races, including 4 stakes. Featured races are Race 8, the $150K Sinsspiel Stakes (G3T) and Race 10, the $150K Seaway Stakes (G3). We're in for great running conditions at Woodbine: the turf is firm, the track is fast and temperatures will be in the mid-80's. First post is at 10:10 AM Pacific.
