Today seems to be a strange day to me. I am not sure if it is the NFL having so much left to settle, I mean there is an extra week now, or if it is simply because my employer was generous enough to give us another day off today as a thank you for all the work we did last year. It could just be that we have very few games on the #NCAAB slate yet there are two very high profile teams playing in two separate games. As we roll on in 2022 I am very excited to put what I have learned in 2021 to work for you guys! As I say often, when you win, we win, and that's what we care about!!!
If you listened to The Turtle Sports Podcast, and frankly I am not sure why you aren't, you will know that Pickles and I are dividing and conquering college hoops. I will be taking the Pac-12, WCC, and the SEC along with any other games that interest me. Pickles will be taking the ACC, Big Ten, and Big East because we have futures on some of those teams. We have concentrated on just a few conferences each to narrow down the field. Today, we did handicap each and every game as the card only had 12 games and we already saw one get canceled. Yesterday was a good day as I went 6-2 for +3.8 units which helped me get out of the red and into the black. Today is a small slate and I have a few too many plays in my opinion with such a small slate but they all met the model so I played them. Play them as you see fit and do not blindly follow as we try to advise daily. I have included six other plays that met my handicapping style along with our model for reference only.
